Paul Codd has been appointed to the new role of property manager at Cobalt Business Park.  He previously worked as a facilities manager for Procter & Gamble, based at the park and he has also worked as an estates manager in the Army.  Codd, pictured here left, with Highbridge director Adrian Hill, will be responsible for the management of buildings across the 1.8 m sq ft site.
 
Adrian Hill said: "This is a key appointment for Cobalt – by bringing someone of Paul's calibre into this new role, we will bring ever better service to staff and occupiers at the park."
