North Tyneside Council to take 100,000 sq ft

North Tyneside Council is to take 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) of offices at Highbridge's Cobalt 16 at the junction of the A1 (M) and the A69 in Newcastle.  

The council will move this October. GVA Grimley and Cushman & Wakefield are the letting agents.
