NHS will put trust in fast-growing Cobalt

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust has signed a 15-year lease for 50,000sq ft at Highbridge’s Cobalt business park.

It will move 450 staff from around the region into two buildings, 30,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft, which are due to be completed in August.
