Highbridge complete Cobalt 16 in North Tyneside

Highbridge's Cobalt 16 development in north Tyneside was completed just over one month ago. The 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) speculatively built office scheme is the latest to be completed at the park.

Highbridge has confirmed the park will hold 2.4m sq ft (222,965 sq m) of commercial space when completed.
